Hi there, I’m Synthia Islam and welcome to my website! I’ve been passionate about baking for as long as I can remember, and it’s been a joy to see my skills improve over the years. From humble beginnings of making boxed cake mixes with my mom to experimenting with more complex recipes on my own, I’ve come to love the science and creativity of baking.
I love the precision and the satisfaction that comes with creating something beautiful and delicious from scratch. From classic chocolate chip cookies to an elaborate Red Velvet cake, I’m always excited to try out new recipes and techniques in the kitchen. And, of course, taste-testing is one of the best parts!
Aside from baking, I love to share my knowledge with others and help them improve their skills as well. That’s why I started this site – to connect with other baking enthusiasts, share my tips and tricks, and showcase my latest creations. Our Journey
Starting my own business was a dream of mine for many years as I love the freedom to work on my own schedule. I have never been a 9-5 person and finally, I took a leap of faith and started Sini’s Cakery back in 2013.
My journey started with a passion for baking and a desire to share my creations with others. I started out by making cakes and other treats for friends and family, and soon began receiving requests from others who had tasted my desserts. As my reputation grew, I decided to quit my job and started the business.
At the beginning, it wasn’t easy. I had to navigate the challenges of starting a business, from creating a business plan to figuring out how to market my products. I also had to invest a lot of time and money into perfecting my recipes and creating a consistent and high-quality product.
But over time, my hard work began to pay off. As more people discovered my desserts and word of mouth spread, my business began to grow. I started to receive more and more orders for cakes, cupcakes, and other treats, and was able to expand my offerings to include corporate events and deliveries.
Today, I’m proud to be able to share my love of baking with others on a daily basis via Facebook and Instagram. I’m grateful for the journey that has brought me to this point, and for the opportunity to bring joy and sweetness to others through my desserts. Thank you for joining me on my business journey!
